Four steps,
three of them ours.
The only thing asked of you is the first one. Everything after it happens whether you are home or not.

Reserve
Choose one of the dates your area is offered and hold it — reserving is free, with the full price paid on install day (or upfront if you'd rather). Delivery, design and installation are all in the price, and it's the same on every package. Nothing else is asked of you at this stage — there is no questionnaire and no call to book.

Design
Your porch is designed around your door: its color, its brick, the light it takes in the afternoon. There is no proof to approve and nothing waiting on your reply, which is deliberate. An approval step is the thing that makes “nothing for you to do” untrue.

Install
About thirty minutes, from the outside, on your date. Nothing is drilled or nailed into the door. Come home to it finished, and every box and tie leaves with us.

Afterwards
The display is yours. There is no end-of-season collection — keep the pumpkins as long as they last, and compost them when they finally go.

Free to reserve
Reserving takes no payment. The whole price is paid on the day we install — or upfront when you reserve, if you'd rather — with no deposit and no separate balance. It is the same on all four packages.
What's included
Delivery, design and installation, at every package. Nothing is added at checkout.
Refunds
Fully refundable until the pumpkin order is placed, ten days before your date. Real pumpkins are cut to order, not pulled off a shelf.
Changing your date
Move to any other open date your area is offered, at no charge, up to that same ten-day mark.

Reservations are open. We work one area at a time between 12 September and 31 October, so there are only two or three dates for your postcode all season, and they are taken in the order they are reserved.
